Admissions
Taking the First Step
Seeking recovery takes courage. Whether you are transitioning from treatment, returning to recovery after a relapse, or simply know that your current environment is no longer supporting your goals, we're here to help.
At metta Recovery Residences, our admissions process is personal, thoughtful, and straightforward. We want to ensure that our home is a good fit for you—and that we are the right next step in your recovery journey.
Who We Serve
The Pink Cloud, Metta’s first Womens’ Recovery Residence may be a good fit if you:
Have completed detox, residential treatment, or are transitioning from a higher level of care.
Are actively participating in an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) or are willing to attend a minimum of five recovery meetings each week.
Women who struggle with emotional regulation, relationship challenges, or returning to everyday life after treatment often find our structured, skills-based approach especially beneficial.
Desire a structured, supportive living environment that promotes accountability and personal growth.
Are committed to maintaining sobriety and living free from alcohol and illicit drugs.
Are ready to rebuild healthy routines, relationships, and independence.
Want to live in a community of women who encourage one another and share a commitment to recovery.
Many women in recovery also manage anxiety, depression, PTSD, or other mental health conditions. While The Pink Cloud does not provide therapy or psychiatric treatment, we welcome women whose mental health is stable enough to participate in community living and who remain engaged with appropriate outpatient treatment and medication management, when indicated.
Is The Pink Cloud the Right Fit?
The Pink Cloud is designed for women who can safely participate in a shared living environment and benefit from structure, accountability, and peer support.
At this time, our residence is not appropriate for individuals who:
Require inpatient psychiatric care or detoxification.
Need 24-hour medical or nursing supervision.
Have unmanaged symptoms that significantly interfere with safe community living.
Are unable or unwilling to maintain sobriety or participate in house expectations.

FAQ
Do I have to come directly from treatment?
No. While many residents transition from residential treatment or an outpatient program, we also accept women from other recovery situations when appropriate.
Is therapy provided in the house?
No. metta Recovery Residences is not a treatment program. Residents are expected to maintain appropriate clinical care, whether through an outpatient therapist, IOP, PHP, or other providers when recommended.
How long can I stay?
Recovery looks different for everyone. We encourage residents to remain long enough to build a solid foundation for independent living.
Are medications allowed?
Yes. Prescribed medications are reviewed during the admissions process. We work with residents and treatment providers to ensure medications are used safely and appropriately.
Ready to Begin?
Recovery doesn't happen because life becomes easier. It happens because we begin creating an environment that supports the life we want to build. If you're ready to take the next step—or you're helping someone you love—we'd be honored to talk with you.
